Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Tiny Desk AI creates AI-generated five-piece band performance videos from a lead-singer reference photo. The four supporting roles start with AI-generated portraits of fictional people, and you may replace any of them with reference photos you have the right to use. It is an independent product, not an official NPR Tiny Desk Concert service. AI output can vary; exact identity, anatomy, instrument playing and inclusion of every referenced performer are not guaranteed. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. When a page is explicitly labelled Stripe Sandbox, it uses test payments rather than a live purchase. For enabled site-credit generation, a confirmed failed request restores its reserved site credits; a submission with an unknown result remains reserved while it is reviewed. Restoring site credits is different from a cash refund. Contact support about a purchase or unresolved request.

Generation credits depend on the selected model, duration and resolution. There is no daily generation-count cap: you can create another video when you have enough credits and your previous task has finished. Each account can have one active or unresolved generation at a time. Short request-rate protections and temporary service availability still apply.

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of a successful payment if all credits granted by that payment remain unused. This applies to a one-time credit pack or an individual subscription billing-period payment. Eligibility is checked for that particular payment, not your combined account balance. Credits reserved by an active or unresolved task must be resolved before eligibility can be confirmed.

Credit packs that have been used, subscription billing periods whose credits have been used, and requests made after 7 days are normally not eligible for a cash refund. This policy does not limit any refund or other rights required by applicable law.

To request a refund, contact support@tinydeskclip.com or open a support ticket from your account. Include the order number and the email used for the purchase. We review the payment and its credit usage before issuing an approved refund to the original payment method. Refunded credits are removed from your account; bank processing time varies.

Cancelling a subscription stops its next renewal and does not itself request a refund. You can cancel renewal through your account billing page. A confirmed failed generation returns its originally reserved site credits once; it does not automatically refund a purchase. If the generation outcome is unknown, credits remain reserved while that same task is reviewed.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may request account closure through support; a self-service deletion control is not currently available.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
